Terms and Conditions
Semper Ludus consultations, assessments and services are provided by appointment only.

To confirm an appointment, the patient must make full payment for the selected service.

An appointment will be considered formally booked when payment has been received and verified, the patient has accepted the applicable policies and receives confirmation by email, SMS on their mobile phone or WhatsApp.

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN). Before payment, the service, type, approximate duration, and total amount will be indicated.

Semper Ludus will not apply any additional charges that have not been disclosed before the transaction is completed.

When using bank transfer, the appointment will be confirmed after verifying receipt of the deposit.

The patient will be able to request their CFDI without incurring additional charges.

The request will be processed via email or the billing form defined by Semper Ludus.
